General Questions

Q. Do you have collection and delivery service?

We tend to do most of our jobs onsite. Sometime it is not possible to complete the job onsite so we collect the computers and deliver it after repairing.

Q. Do you match your competitors prices?

we are often able to offer products and services at prices lower than those offered by our competitors. Please also note that service pricing can be volatile, and you may occasionally find a lower price on a specific item or service. If you do find a lower price on the same service from a competitor, we will gladly make every effort to match it.

Q. Do you offer onsite repair service?

Yes. We offer onsite service. Most upgrades, repairs, maintenance, and some troubleshooting can be performed on-site.

Q. Do you give free estimates?

Yes we give free estimates and advise you if the repair job is cost effective or not as sometimes it is cheaper to buy new equippment than a repair.

Q. How quickly you can come for a callout?

Usually we come out for the callout within 2 hours.

Q. What areas do you provide service to?

We cover all Middlesex and most of Surrey areas. We cover Kingston upon Thames, Tolworth, Wimbledon, Putney, Cobham, Epsom, Ewell, Isleworth, Hounslow, Heathrow and surrounding areas. Following is the map for the ereas that we cover...



Repair, upgrade and maintenance

Q. Is it cheaper to repair my PC or buy a new system?

This really depends on how old your computer is and also what is wrong with your computer. Sometimes it isn't worth spending the money to fix your old computer or is actually cheaper to purchase a new one.

Q. How much does it cost to repair a computer?

It depends on the problem of the computer. We try to repair computers within one hour so usually it costs £40.

Q. Do you give any warrenty on your repair?

All hardware come with 12 months warrenty. Which means if any hardware stops working within 12 months then we will either refund the price or install the new one. On software installation we give 15 days warrenty.

Q. Is it possible to upgrade onsite?

Yes it is possible to upgrade your computer onsite. Our technician always carry most of the computer hardware such as memory (RAM) modules, sound cards, graphic cards, keyboards, mouse, routers, CD-DVD drivers, external hard disks, internal hard disks etc.


Data Recovery

Q. What is a data recovery service?

Data recovery is the process of salvaging data from damaged, failed, corrupted, or inaccessible secondary storage media when it cannot be accessed normally. Often the data are being salvaged from storage media such as internal or external hard disk drives, solid state drives (SSD), USB flash, storage tapes, CDs, DVDs, RAID, and other electronics. Recovery may be required due to physical damage to the storage device or logical damage to the file system that prevents it from being mounted by the host operating system.

Q. what if you cannot recover my data?

We wont charge you if we cannot recover your data. No data no charge.

Q. What are the chances of recovering data from my hard disk?

It depends how damadged your hard disk is. We need to test it before we can say anything for sure.

Q. What is the minimum charges for the data recovery service?

Our data recovery service starts from £55. If it is going to cost more than £55 then we will let you know before recovering data as sometimes data is not that valuable. If you will accept the quotation we will do the job otherwise it wont cost you anything.

Please note that data recovery is different from data backup. Our data backup charges starts from £35.


Wired and Wireless network

Q. Will it be possible to access files saved on other computers on the network?

Yes that is the main reason of setting up the network. File sharing between computers gives you more flexibity than using floppy drives or Zip drives. Not only can you share photos, music files, and documents, you can also use a home network to save copies of all of your important data on a different computer. Backups are one of the most critical yet overlooked tasks in home networking.

Q. Is it possible to access Broadband Internet on different computer on the network?

Yes it is possible to access the Internet at the same time on all computers on the network.

Q. Is it possible to print on a printer which is installed on another computer on the network?

Yes it is possible to share a printer on the network. This means we can have one printer installed on a computer and print from any other computer on the network.

Q. Is wireless networks safe?

There are number of ways to make our wireless networks safe. We can set the highest possible security like WPA2, which would prevent intruders to use the Internet via your router.

Q. Do you troubleshoot the networks installed by other people?

Yes we can troubleshoot any home or small business network even if we did not originally install it.

Q. What is website hosting?

A web hosting service allows individuals and organizations to make their own website accessible via the World Wide Web. Web hosts are companies that provide space on a server they own or lease for use by their clients to save their website files as well as providing Internet connectivity.

Q. Do you offer web designing, maintenance and programming services?

Yes, we create your site from scratch, or make any changes to your existing site. Our design and maintenance packages were created with our most common requests in mind, but custom designs are what we specialize in. We dont use existing templates instead all our websites are custome designed.

Q. Why do I have to register a domain name?

Registering your domain name ensures your ownership of the domain name that may not otherwise be available when you want it. Once registered, that domain name is yours (provided that the registration and renewal fees are paid each year). You can hold onto it, use it, sell it or lease it. Later you have host your domain and upload your website.

Q. How long does it take to design a website from scratch?

It depends upon the requirements of the website. A simple website which does not contain a database takes between one to two weeks. A website containing database and products to sell takes around three to four weeks. 

Q. Will my website be search engines friendly?

All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines.

Q. what is website optimisation?

All web pages should be 'optimised'. This will enable your site to gain a high search engine ranking, it revolves around the meta tags on your web pages, a web page that isn't optimised won't appear in the search engines to any great degree.
